MERCADOS CENTRALES DE ABASTECIMIENTO DE ZARAGOZA SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA, henceforward MERCAZARAGOZA, S.A., is a publicly owned company, held and technically serviced by Zaragoza City Hall and the State Administration, through MERCASA (Sociedad Estatal Mercados Centrales de Abastecimiento S.A.), and is subject to the Public Service Contracts Law 9/2017 (Ley de Contratos del Sector Público 9/20179, henceforward LCSP, of the 8th of November, conforming to article 3.3. d of the stated law. The precepts contained in the same apply with regard to contracts entered into by Contracting Authorities that are not part of the Public Administration.
